So What is project Listen?
With Project Listen, Chroma is able to come into the schools and talk with students of all ages about the values of listening, communication, teamwork, and friendship. We do all this thru music. It is interactive, educational, and fun. We show students that what we have learned in school, is used in our everyday real life. Skills needed to be in a band such as counting and math, communication skills, and creativity, along with having fun came from our own school experiences.
For the last four years, Chroma has performed up and down the east coast for and with students student's ranging from elementary to college levels. Project listen has been a huge success being asked back to every school we have ever performed at. Most importantly, Project Listen is fun for everyone.

Hello Family, Friends, and Fans,
We are very pleased to announce the long overdue, much anticipated, over educated, and completely copacitated new album from Chroma, Maybe it was Toyko! Maybe it was Toyko takes Chroma in a whole new direction with new songs, sounds, and sights! We have dug deep to bring you our musical souls.
Last year Chroma uprooted from our hometown of Jacksonville,FL. and moved to Philadelphia, PA. In the past year, Chroma spent countless hours in the basement of it's five story house recording and re-recording before taking twelve new songs into the studio.
Sparked by winning "The Best of Philly Rising", Chroma took it's free studio time and began to record the album at the covented Range Records Studios under the attentive ears of Brian Ritrovado. Chroma then traveled the East Coast to finish recording, from New York's world famous Soundtrack studios under the increadible engineering skills of Paul Swarez (Now with Electric Ladyland Studios) to the enlightened ears of Cenimpsy aka Chris Coleman aka Big Dread in Jacksonville, Florida. We were determined to get the sounds we wanted, and we feel it has payed off for us. We hope you agree.
Maybe it Was Tokyo will be out October 3rd with the "Maybe it Was Tokyo" fall tour to back it up. Maybe it Was Tokyo can be purchesed online or at any upcoming Chroma shows. Please check our tour dates for up coming shows near you.
-Much Love and many thanks,
-Chroma
WoW! Is all we can say. There have been a great deal of changes since we last talked.
First off: We want to appologize to all the Chromites out there who opened thier Myspace page only to find Chroma Gone... AGAIN! Yes we were deleted! We are still not sure why, but we are working to rebuild our friend base of over 3000 and to make sure it never happens again.
Second Off: Chroma has made some personel changes. We have lost (meaning he left the band) a true friend and great guitarist in Ariel Naor-Sarno. He was with the band for a grueling four years. He will be missed.
That being said, we are very pleased to announce our new guitarist, Paul Miller. A graduate of the world renound University on North Florida school of Jazz, Paul brings Chroma new elements of Jazz and Funk. Chroma has a new face and a new sound, so be sure to check us out on tour this October!
Stay tuned for further updates including a new albuma and new tour!
